Hubbarth Gets Multi-Year Extension
- ESPN NBA reporter Cassidy Hubbarth will remain with the network under a multi-year contract extension, ESPN said Wednesday. The news was originally broken yesterday by Sports Illustrated reporter Richard Deitsch. Hubbarth will continue in her current role as an NBA sideline reporter as well as an occasional guest host on NBA Countdown, NFL Live and College Football Live. (ESPN)
Williams Returning As Guest Analyst
- Virginia Tech men’s basketball coach Buzz Williams has joined CBS/Turner Sports as a guest analyst for the Sweet Sixteen, working alongside Ernie Johnson, Seth Davis and Brendan Haywood in Turner’s Atlanta studios. Vásquez to Call Final Four on Spanish-Language Radio
- NBA player Greivis Vásquez, who was waived by the Brooklyn Nets earlier this season, will serve as an analyst on Westwood One Radio’s Spanish-language coverage of the Final Four, it was announced today.
