Former FOX Sports Net and Versus personality Charissa Thompson is reportedly heading to ESPN.
Thompson will host the new ESPN2 daytime show Numbers Don’t Lie, set to debut this September. The news was originally reported by the website Sports by Brooks.
It was not immediately clear what other roles Thompson would serve for ESPN, if any. She has experience as a sideline reporter for the NHL on Versus and the NFL on FOX, and also held roles on FSN’s now-defunct Best Damn Sports Show Period and ABC’s Shaq Vs. reality show.
Thompson is just the latest new addition to the ESPN line-up. TNT NASCAR host Lindsay Czarniak will also head to the network later this summer.
