Overnight ratings dropped double-digits for the Week 4 edition of NBC’s Sunday Night Football.
Sunday’s Week 4 Jets/Ravens game earned a 12.7 overnight rating on NBC, down 11% from last year (CHI/NYG: 14.2), but up 7% from 2009 (SD/PIT: 11.9).
The 12.7 overnight is the lowest of the season for the NFL on NBC (five telecasts). NBC’s overnights have declined from game to game this season.
Sunday Night Football was outdrawn by both the NFL national window on CBS (DEN/GB*: 13.6) and the singleheader window on FOX (DET/DAL*: 14.9).
Baltimore (38.8) was the top market for the Ravens’ win. New Orleans (18.8), Las Vegas (18.3), Richmond, VA (18.2) and San Diego (16.9) rounded out the top five. New York (15.4) ranked eleventh.
