- The Ratings Game: Through Sunday, ESPN/ABC coverage of the 2010 FIFA World Cup is averaging a 4.0 rating in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale market, the highest local rating for the event. Washington, D.C. ranks second (3.5), followed by New York (3.4) and Norfolk, VA (3.2). Miami has been the top market for 18 of the 32 World Cup telecasts on ESPN/ABC. (Sports Business Daily)
