The LeBron James free agency drama is headed to primetime.
LeBron James will announce his free agency decision on ESPN in an hour-long special Thursday night, reports ESPN writer Chris Broussard.
ESPN confirmed to Broussard that “active discussions for the special are ongoing.”
According to Broussard, sponsorships will be sold for the special, with the proceeds going to charity.
Currently, ESPN has a two-hour World Cup special scheduled for Thursday night (8-10 PM).
James has played for the Cleveland Cavaliers for the first seven years of his NBA career.
