The NFL singleheader window fell to its lowest numbers of the season on FOX last week.
NFL action featuring Washington/Bears drew a 9.3 final rating and 14.923 million viewers on FOX Sunday, up 45% in ratings and 42% in viewership from Week 7 last year (NE/TB*: 6.4, 10.486 mil, CBS), but down 8% and 9%, respectively, from Week 7 two years ago (SF/NYG*: 10.1, 16.313, FOX).
Though up big from last year, Sunday’s telecast drew the lowest numbers of the season for the NFL singleheader window. The previous low was a 9.7 and 16.175 million for the Week 1 singleheader on CBS.
For the first time this season, and the first time since Week 16 last season, the singleheader window was the lowest rated NFL telecast of the week.
