CBS began its coverage of The Masters on a strong note Saturday, though the numbers were down from last year’s Tiger Woods-fueled numbers.
Third round coverage of The Masters earned a 6.8 overnight rating on CBS Saturday, down 11% from last year (7.6), but up 19% from 2009 (5.7).
The 6.8 is the is the second-highest for third round coverage of The Masters since 2002 (7.0).
