The second race of the IndyCar Series Chevy Indy Dual in Detroit drew a 0.8 overnight rating on ABC Sunday afternoon, up a tick from last year’s solo Detroit race (0.7), which experienced delays and concluded on ESPNEWS.
On Saturday, the first race of the weekend drew a 0.7 overnight.
The only live sporting event to earn a lower overnight on broadcast over the weekend was the Rugby Sevens on NBC (0.5 overnight on Saturday, 0.6 overnight on Sunday).
