NFL
- The Week 11 NFL singleheader window drew a 10.4 final rating and 17.4 million viewers on CBS November 22, down 3% in ratings and viewership from last year (10.7, 17.9M) and up 17% in both measures from 2013 (8.9, 14.8M). The telecast ranks as the second-most watched singleheader on CBS this season (five total).
- Over on FOX, regional NFL action featuring Washington/Panthers had an 8.1 and 13.7 million (more details).
College Football
- CBS drew a 2.0 final rating and 3.2 million viewers for the November 21 LSU/Mississippi college football game, down 69% in ratings and viewership from Mississippi State/Alabama last year (6.4, 10.3M) and down 41% in both measures from Georgia/Auburn in 2013 (3.4, 5.3M). The 2.0 rating is tied as the third-lowest on CBS this season.
- In other action, ABC drew a 3.9 and 6.1 million for Michigan/Penn State (more details) and FOX had a mere 0.6 and 845,000 for UCLA/Utah (more details).
Other Sports
- The NASCAR Xfinity Series finale from Homestead had a 1.2 final rating and 1.8 million viewers on NBC November 21, up a third in ratings and 27% in viewership from last year on ESPN2 (0.9, 1.4M) but down a tick and 7%, respectively, from 2013 on ESPN (1.3, 1.9M).
- NBC had a 0.7 final rating and 1.0 million viewers for taped coverage of the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Rostelecom Cup (Russia) November 22, down a tick in ratings and 16% in viewership from last year (0.8, 1.2M).
- Airing on ABC for the first time, coverage of the LPGA’s CME Group Tour Championship had a 0.4 final rating and 539,000 viewers November 22.
