ESPN Extends Champion
- ESPN has reached a multi-year contract contract extension with SportsCenter anchor Cari Champion, the network announced via its corporate blog Tuesday. Champion, who joined ESPN in 2012 as the moderator of an ESPN2 morning show, will continue in her current roles on SportsCenter and on ESPNW.com. (ESPN Front Row 10/11)
ESPN Extends Rovell
- ESPN sports business reporter Darren Rovell will remain with the network under a multi-year contract extension, it was announced Tuesday. Rovell, who rejoined ESPN in 2012 after a previous stint from 2000-06, will continue in his current role. (ESPN Media Zone 10/11)
ESPN Extends NBA Analysts
- ESPN Thursday announced contract extensions with NBA reporter Zach Lowe and NBA analysts Tracy McGrady, Byron Scott, and Stephen Jackson.
